ER50 series collets have a capacity of 6mm-34mm. Each ER50 collet has a range of (2 mm). The size indicated on the collet is the largest size it can hold and can be collapsed smaller within its collapse range of (1.8mm). For example, ER50-32mm can grab a round shank from 32mm diameter to 30.2mm diameter.
