The Thermocouple Probe is also ultra-durable and cost-effective, exceeding your industry needs. This high-temperature thermometer has a k wire that helps get the proper temperature inside of your oven and can range from 400F – 2200F~.

How does the K Type Thermocouple work? Well, the thermocouple has two parts: a wire connector and a measuring part for voltage. When both sections have different temps, you get a current reading through the device.
